Paula E. W. Carey-Moore

Paula E. W. Carey-Moore serves as the Regional Vice President of Housing & Economic Empowerment for the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis for the Housing Division serving St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Clair County, IL. She is a HUD Certified Counselor, a Credit as an Asset Master Trainer, a FreddieMac CreditSmart Certified Facilitator, a Mediator, a Notary, and a Real Estate Broker/Owner of Real Estate Connections.

She was the Recording Secretary for Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Alpha Zeta Chapter from 2020-2022, is the current Soror Of The Year (SOTY) for the 2023-2025 Sorority years, and received The Fredda Witherspoon Service Award.

She also serves on the Leadership & Intercessory Prayer Team of Fresh Start Bible Church where she has served the community with many organizations.

Paula is a wife, mother of six adult children, two “Bonus” adult daughters, and a Nana of twenty-one fabulous grandchildren.
